Asisebenze is thrilled to be the only studio taking part in both days of Contra Joburg this year.

 Asisebenze Art Gallery

Discover our art gallery and coffee shop. Enjoy a complimentary barista-prepared coffee, meet the Asisebenze team and explore the gallery side of the building. Children under 18 enter free (must be accompanied). 

 

Asisebenze Art Atelier

Step inside our iconic downtown studio building, where 20 artists occupy six vibrant floors of atelier space. Visitors are invited to explore both wings of the building — Gallery side (C-block) and Prestasie side (S-block) — and engage directly with artists in their creative environments.

Sunday is also packed with interactive and family-friendly activities:

Shuttle and parking 
A hop-on, hop-off shuttle runs every 20 minutes between venues from 10:30 to 17:00 on both days. E-hailing services are also available. On-street parking is nearby, and partner venues offer underground parking, including at Asisebenze.

Tickets for Saturday and Sunday are sold separately via Quicket. Children under 18 enter free.
